At the door
A tablet by your entrance shows a keypad. Each authorized adult has their own 4-digit code and sees only their own children, youngest first.

Recorded as it happens
Every check-in and check-out is saved with the child, the time, and the full name of the adult who signed. Doctor visit mid-day? Sign out and back in as often as needed.

What DCYF asks for, and how HubiCare handles it

Parents record times
Families sign in and out with their own code. When staff must sign for a family, the director records it under their full name.
Who signed, and when
Every row keeps the signer's full name and the exact time, ready for the Sign In Person and Sign Out Person columns.
Corrections show who and when
Records are never deleted. A fix keeps the original, the change, the reason, and who made it, in an activity log nobody can edit.
Upload every two weeks
Files are due 10 days after each billing period ends. HubiCare shows the next due date and builds the file in one click.
Absent days and holidays
Track CCAP absent days against the yearly limit and the "no more than 10 in a row" rule, plus your center holidays.
Keep records for six years
A monthly backup file holds every record and correction, so you always have a copy to show your county or DCYF.
Children's information stays private
Your center only. Each center's records are walled off inside the database. No other center can see them.
2-step sign-in. Directors need a password and a code from their phone. The door tablet can't read any records.
Codes are scrambled. Parent codes are never stored as plain numbers, and the keypad locks after repeated wrong guesses.
Nothing is sold. HubiCare does attendance only. No ads, no data sales, no photos of children.
